nWe are seeking a creative and customer-focused Interior Consultant to assist clients in selecting the ideal furnishings, curtains, upholstery, bedding, carpets, wallpapers, and décor solutions for residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of interior aesthetics, color coordination, space planning, and furnishing materials while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

nKey Responsibilities:

nClient Consultation
n
n* Meet customers in-store and understand their furnishing and interior design requirements.
n* Provide expert recommendations on curtains, upholstery fabrics, bedding, carpets, rugs, wallpapers, blinds, and home décor accessories.
n* Assist clients in selecting color schemes, textures, patterns, and furnishing combinations that complement their interiors.
n* Prepare mood boards and design concepts based on customer preferences and project requirements.

nDesign & Project Coordination

n* Conduct site visits for measurements and project assessment when required.
n* Coordinate with tailors, installers, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
n* Guide customers on product functionality, maintenance, durability, and styling options.
n* Ensure design proposals align with customer budgets and project timelines.

nSales & Business Development
n
n* Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
n* Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers and hospitality clients.
n* Assistance to sales team for Achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
n* Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a strong project pipeline.

nProduct Knowledge

n* Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, furnishing materials, colors, and styles.
