nRole Overview:
nWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive franchise expansion and educational product (books) sales for Brainy Bears Play School. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in franchise sales, book publishing/distribution, or education sector sales, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships.

nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Franchise Development:
n• Identify and generate leads for new franchise opportunities across targeted regions
n• Conduct meetings, presentations, and site evaluations for prospective franchisees
n• Drive end-to-end franchise sales cycle (lead generation → negotiation → closure)
n• Ensure proper onboarding and support to new franchise partners
n2. Book Sales & Distribution:
n• Promote and sell Brainy Bears curriculum books and learning materials
n• Develop and manage distribution networks (schools, vendors, dealers)




n• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for books and educational products
n• Maintain robust relationships with existing clients for repeat business
n3. Market Expansion & Strategy:
n• Conduct market research to identify new territories and growth opportunities
n• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand presence
n• Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events
n
nKey Requirements:
n• Experience: 3–8 years in Business Development / Sales Preferred Background
no Franchise sales (education sector preferred)
no Book publishing, distribution, or academic sales
n• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
n• Ability to travel for client meetings and franchise development
n• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

nEducational Qualification:
n• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
