- Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.n
- Identify and connect with potential US clients.n
- Understand client hiring needs and present suitable recruitment solutions.n
- Build client relationships and follow up on business opportunities.n
- Maintain lead and client information in the CRM.n
- Coordinate with recruiters to support successful placements.n
