nWe are looking for a smart, energetic, and sales-oriented Front Office Admin to join our growing training center team.
nThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior sales experience, and the ability to convert leads into admissions through both phone and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and students professionallyn
- Address inquiries related to courses, training programs, placements, and feesn
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups with prospective studentsn
- Convert leads provided by the marketing team into admissionsn
- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Medical Coding and Healthcare RCMn
- Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up reportsn
- Achieve admission and sales targetsn
- Support front office and administrative activities of the training centern




- Contribute ideas and strategies to increase admissions and overall salesn

Requirementsn
- n
- Any Graduate (Mandatory)n
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counseling, Front Office, or Customer Relationship rolesn
- Solid communication and convincing skillsn
- Experience in handling customer interactions both over calls and in personn
- Ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions/salesn
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personalityn
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp communication)n
