nWe are looking for an experienced and student-focused Senior Student Advisor to join our team and provide high-quality guidance and support to students throughout their educational journey.
nKey Responsibilities

- Provide one-to-one advice and guidance to prospective and current students regarding courses, admissions, progression and career pathways.n
- Support students in identifying suitable UK universities, courses and study options based on their academic background and career goals.n
- Guide students through the UK university application and admissions process.n
- Maintain solid relationships with students, parents, universities and other stakeholders.n
- Monitor student progress and provide timely support to address academic or personal challenges.n
- Conduct student counselling sessions, consultations and information sessions.n
- Deliver presentations, webinars and workshops on UK higher education opportunities and employability.n




- Stay updated on UK university admissions requirements, course offerings, application processes and higher education trends.n
- Support junior advisors by providing mentoring, training and guidance.n
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure all advice and documentation meet organisational standards.n
- Handle complex student cases and escalate issues appropriately when required.n
- Contribute to student recruitment, engagement and service improvement initiatives.n

nRequirements

- Proven experience in student advising, counselling, university admissions, education consultancy or a related field.n
- Strong knowledge of the UK higher education system and university admissions process .n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and counselling skills.n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple student cases and deadlines.n
