n## Job Purpose
n
nThe Project Head will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of civil, interior fit-out, construction, and MEP coordination works for medical facilities, hospitals, clinics, OPDs, diagnostic centres, and corporate office projects.
n
nThe position requires robust leadership and project management skills to ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements.
n
n## Key Roles & Responsibilities
n
n### 1. Project Planning & Execution
n
n* Plan, organize, and manage complete project execution from project handover to final completion and handover.




n* Prepare project execution plans, construction schedules, manpower planning, and material procurement schedules.
n* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against approved timelines.
n* Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
n* Ensure smooth coordination between civil, interior, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP activities.

n### 2. Medical & Healthcare Projects
n
n* Manage execution of hospitals, OPDs, clinics, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
n* Ensure coordination of specialized requirements such as:
n
n* Modular OT and medical interiors
n* HVAC and AHU systems
n* Electrical and ELV systems
n* Plumbing and sanitary works
n* Fire fighting and fire alarm systems
n* Medical gas pipeline coordination
n* Nurse calling systems and other healthcare infrastructure
n* Coordinate with hospital manag
