About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Controller to join our Finance & Controlling team. In this role, you will support the development of a qualified sales controlling function by providing financial analyses, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with approximately two years of experience who is looking to develop analytical skills and gain exposure to strategic business decision-making.
Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Management, you will help translate financial data into meaningful insights that drive business performance.

Your Responsibilities
Sales Controlling
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the company's sales controlling function.
- Analyze sales performance by customer, product, region, and sales channel.
- Monitor gross margins, pricing developments, discounts, and product profitability.
- Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management.
- Identify trends, risks,



and opportunities within the sales business.
- Support pricing analyses and profitability assessments for new business opportunities.

Performance Analysis & KPI Reporting
- Prepare and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales and business performance.
- Compare actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Analyze financial and operational variances and identify the underlying business drivers.
- Prepare variance analyses with clear explanations and recommendations for management.
- Support the development and automation of KPI reporting and dashboards.

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing the annual sales budget in close cooperation with the Sales and Finance teams.
- Support monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate planning data from different departments.
- Monitor budget performance throughout the year and highlight deviations
