About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, communicating with candidates, and supporting the overall hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Search and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
- Communicate job details,



responsibilities, and requirements to candidates.
- Verify candidate experience, skills, availability, location, and interest.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with candidate submissions, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain proper documentation and recruitment records.
- Respond to candidate queries and provide timely updates.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Work closely with the HR and recruitment team to meet hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Perform other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned.
