Role Summary
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Travel Desk Management Executive to manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements including visa processing, flight bookings (domestic & international), accommodation, and travel coordination for employees and management. The role requires robust coordination skills, vendor handling, and adherence to company travel policies.
nMain Responsibilities
nTravel Arrangements
n•Book domestic & international flights as per business requirements and company travel policy
n•Arrange hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and local transportation
n•Handle urgent & last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
n•Coordinate travel itineraries and share detailed travel plans with employees
nVisa & Documentation
n•Manage visa appointment scheduling and visa processing for multiple countries
n•Prepare and verify documentation required for visa applications
n•Coordinate with embassies, consultants, and travel agents
n•Track visa status and maintain visa records database
nVendor & Cost Management




n•Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and travel partners
n•Negotiate competitive rates and ensure cost optimization
n•Maintain travel MIS and expense records
n•Ensure compliance with approved travel budgets
nEmployee Support
n•Assist employees with travel queries, insurance, forex, and documentation
n•Provide travel advisories and guidelines
n•Support senior management travel coordination
nCompliance & Reporting
n•Ensure adherence to company travel policy
n•Maintain travel database and reports (monthly travel reports, visa tracker, cost analysis)
n•Coordinate travel insurance and emergency assistance when required
nRequired Skills & Competencies
n•Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in corporate travel coordination or travel agency operations
n•PAN India Travel experience.
n•Hands-on experience in visa appointment & visa processing (US/UK/Schengen preferred)
n•Knowledge of
