n Your Primary Responsibilities will include:

- n
- Plan, create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, while owning day-to-day content calendars.n
- Keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends, conversations, cultural moments, formats and memes to identify fresh content opportunities.n
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, designers and other stakeholders to bring campaigns and content ideas to life.n
- Develop content that is relevant to the platform , aligned with the brand and designed to drive meaningful engagement.n
- Track and analyse social media performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, sentiment, audience growth and other relevant metrics.n




- Support paid social campaigns through content development, amplification and performance tracking.n
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and continuously look for ways to make our brands more relevant, engaging and impossible to scroll past.n

n Who/what are we looking for?
n
- n
- Has experience in Social-Media, Content, Digital Marketing or a similar role (Yes, Freshers can apply).n
- Solid written communication skills and the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging and platform-friendly content.n
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.n
- Candidates with prior experience in the HR / Talent Beat will have an added advantage.n
- A curious mind that constantly asks, “What else can we do?”n
