Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 6+ years of relevant experience in financial and performance reporting Work experience in private equity domain is preferred.
- Should have very good working knowledge of the below:-Answering Due Diligence Questionnaires, Handling LP Requests and Other investor relations activities like preparation of fund marketing decks, etc.
- Working knowledge of Qvidian and experience preparing pitch books is a plus.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word).
- The profile involves effective communication across clients’ facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.
- The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem- solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills and multitask.
- Drive process related improvements and automation initiatives to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Meticulous, proactive, proven ability of process management, manage workloads, mentor junior staff, and drive performance under tight deadlines.
- After sufficient shadowing and training, start taking greater ownership of end-to-end internal coordination of workstreams.
- Strong interest in working within a rapid-paced, international team environment with multiple stakeholders.
