About the Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial fresher to join FNBMaster.com as a Venture Leadership Fellow for a 90-day fellowship.

This is not a conventional internship. The selected candidate will work directly with the Founder and get hands-on exposure to the real-world challenges of building and growing a business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support marketing and business growth initiatives
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Explore sales and partnership opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Support social media and content initiatives
- Interact with potential customers and partners
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve the website, products and customer experience
- Develop new ideas and growth experiments
- Track activities, results and key performance indicators
- Take ownership of assigned projects and execute them independently





Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduates from BBA, MBA or other relevant disciplines
- Strong interest in marketing, sales, entrepreneurship and business growth
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Curious, proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Willingness to experiment, test ideas and learn from results
- Positive attitude and strong execution mindset

Previous F&B industry experience is not required.

This is an UNPAID 90-day Venture Leadership Fellowship.

The purpose of the fellowship is to provide real-world business exposure, leadership experience and an opportunity to demonstrate your ability to build and grow a business.

At the end of the 90 days, the fellow should have tangible work, measurable outcomes and practical business experience that can be showcased professionally.
