About the Role

Study Master is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, providing basic information about our study-abroad services, and generating counselling appointments and leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the leads provided by the company.
- Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to student enquiries.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career plans, and study-abroad interests.
- Provide basic information regarding courses, colleges/universities, admissions, and visa services.
- Generate and qualify leads and schedule appointments with the Counselling/Admissions team.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build a positive relationship with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams for smooth lead handling.




- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information.

Requirements
- Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, customer service, or education/immigration consultancy will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
