As we expand our e-commerce business, we are looking for a polished and commercially driven E-Commerce Sales Consultant to elevate our digital sales performance and deliver a truly exceptional luxury client experience.

n What you'll do:
n1. Curate & recommend premium eyewear with a personalised, consultative approach
n2. Drive sales via WhatsApp, email, digital enquiries & proactive follow-ups
n3. Own the client journey order confirmation to final delivery
n4. Handle high-value clients with discretion, polish, and precision
n5. Resolve concerns swiftly while upholding luxury service standards
n6. Build strong expertise in leading luxury eyewear & fashion brands

n What we're looking for:

Proven experience in luxury sales / e-commerce sales (eyewear, fashion, watches, or premium retail preferred)
n2. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
n3. Strong commercial acumen ability to convert enquiries into sales
n4. A refined sense of luxury, fashion & clienteling
n5. Organised, detail oriented, proactive, and target driven
n6. Knowledge of luxury eyewear brands is a strong plus
