nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Manage Fixed Asset Accounting, including capitalization, depreciation recalculation, and profit/loss on asset disposals.n
- Ensure accurate TDS deductions and timely filing of TDS returns.n
- Prepare and file the Company's Income Tax Return (ITR) and Tax Audit Report, including all applicable schedules.n
- Perform inter-company balance reconciliations across group companies.n
- Generate, review, and analyze COGS consumption reports.n




- Execute monthly depreciation runs and ensure accurate accounting in the ERP system.n
- Lead monthly financial closing in ERP and Tally.n
- Prepare the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, financial schedules, and Notes to Accounts.n
- Monitor daily cash flow and support working capital management.n
- Coordinate bank limit renewals, insurance renewals, and banking documentation.n
- Handle Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC) for international vendors and related agreements.n
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and inventory valuation for books of accounts and banking requirements.n
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls.n
- Coordinate with statutory, tax, and internal auditors and support audit requirements.n
