Responsibilities
nSales Strategy and Business Development:

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue targets and expands the customer base.n

- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, consistently prospecting and generating new business opportunities.n

nClient Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored freight and forwarding solutions.n
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and address customer inquiries and concerns.n
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on shipments, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.n




- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.n

nMarketing and Promotional Activities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.n
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.n
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings, providing insights and recommendations for marketing and sales strategies.n

nQualifications

- Master's / bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field.n
- Proven 5+ years of experience in sales within the freight and forwarding industry,n
- Must have good analytical skills.n
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations, logistics, and supply chain management.n
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.n
