Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Sales & Support)

nWe are looking for an experienced Customer Executive who can handle inbound sales queries and resolve customer issues independently, without requiring escalation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills across calls, chat, and email.
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, resolving customer queries end-to-endn
- Provide accurate product/service information and convert inbound leads into salesn
- Understand customer problems and provide solutions independently without escalatingn
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ticketing systemn
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities during customer interactionsn
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retentionn
- Submit daily/weekly reports on sales and query resolutionn




- Coordinate with the team lead to maintain SLA compliancen

nRequirements

- 3–5 years of experience in customer service/inbound sales (BPO, telecom, e-commerce, banking, etc.)n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsn
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability — capable of resolving issues independentlyn
- Sales-driven mindset with proven target-achievement experiencen
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ticketing toolsn
- Patience and solid customer-handling skills, especially in difficult situationsn
- Graduate in any disciplinen
