The candidate should be capable of driving academic excellence while ensuring compliance with university and regulatory standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadershipn

- Assist the Principal in the overall administration and strategic planning of the institution.n
- Oversee the academic operations of UG and PG programs.n
- Ensure effective implementation of Bangalore University regulations, curriculum, examinations, and academic policies.n
- Monitor teaching quality, lesson plans, student outcomes, and academic performance.n




- Guide faculty members in curriculum planning, research activities, and professional development.n

NAAC & Quality Assurancen
- n
- Lead and coordinate all NAAC accreditation activities.n
- Prepare and maintain SSR, AQAR, IQAC documentation, and statutory compliance records.n
- Implement quality initiatives and institutional best practices.n
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and accreditation visits.n

Admissions & Student Affairsn
- n
- Oversee the complete admissions process and ensure admission targets are achieved.n
- Develop admission strategies and improve student enrollment.n
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to increase admissions.n
- Address student grievances and ensure student discipline and welfare.n

Faculty & Department Managementn
- n
- Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.n
- Allocate workload, timetable
