- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in sales, preferably in Inside Salesn
- At least 2 years of experience in team handling and managing telesales agentsn
- B2C sales experience is mandatoryn
- Solid experience in Inside Sales / Telesales operationsn
- Good understanding of key call center metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and performance managementn
- Ability to motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targetsn
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skillsn
- Ability to monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvementn
- Graduation is mandatoryn
