Business Development Manager n
n Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi

nJDMC International is hiring its first team member for a new consumer products vertical.
nThis isn't a traditional sales role. You'll work directly with leadership to help build a business from the ground up- driving growth across field sales, e-commerce marketplaces, and new distribution channels. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and wearing multiple hats, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do n
- n
- Develop and manage relationships with premium B2B customers and channel partners.n
- Generate new business through field sales and client meetings.n
- Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Blinkit, and other e-commerce platforms.n
- Coordinate product launches, listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across online channels.n
- Support growth through social commerce and digital sales initiatives.n
- Identify new opportunities for expansion and help execute the company's go-to-market strategy.n
- Work closely with leadership on sales planning,



customer acquisition, and business development.n

We're Looking For n
- n
- 2–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, etc.).n
- 1–2 years of field sales or business development experience.n
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.n
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, entrepreneurial environment.n
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership.n
- Proficient with Excel and standard business tools.n
