? Key Responsibilities
? Strategic Retail Expansion
Drive Pan-India expansion across COCO & Franchisee/FOCO formats
Identify high-potential cities, markets, and locations
Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis & ROI assessments
? Franchisee Development
Build and manage robust franchise partner relationships
Lead franchisee onboarding, training & compliance
Ensure adherence to brand standards and customer experience
? Business Development
Negotiate and finalize property acquisitions,



leases & franchise agreements
Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, HR, Merchandising & other teams for successful store launches
? Operational Excellence
Define and monitor store KPIs and expansion milestones
Drive profitability, performance & sustainable growth across franchise stores

⭐ Ideal Candidate
✔ 10+ years of experience in Retail Business Development
✔ Strong exposure to Retail Expansion & Franchisee Operations
✔ Experience in Jewellery / Luxury / Lifestyle Retail preferred
✔ Proven experience in Pan-India / multi-location expansion
✔ Strong expertise in franchise development, operations & negotiations
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and business development skills
