nMakoons Play School is looking for a dynamic and growth-focused professional to join our Head Office team as a Assistant Manager ( growth ) The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business expansion initiatives across different regions.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support organizational growth.n
- Drive sales and business development activities to achieve targets.n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.n
- Conduct market research, field visits, and business meetings.n
- Support franchise expansion and growth initiatives.n




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.n
- Prepare and share regular reports on business development activities and growth performance.n

nRequirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Growth, or Expansion roles.n
- Experience in the Education Industry will be preferred.n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.n
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.n
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.n
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for business meetings and expansion activities.n
