Growth & Strategy Associate | Brew TV
We're looking for someone who can think in spreadsheets and act in the real world — someone who moves from "here's the opportunity" to "here's what I did about it" in the same breath.
Brew TV is a curated streaming platform for independent film and premium vertical shows — built for the Netflix audience that's tired of algorithmic slop. We distribute films from filmmakers worldwide with the best revenue share in the industry, and we produce original vertical series out of our studio in Delhi. Small team. Big ambitions. Bootstrapped on purpose.
You'll work directly with the founder (ex-Amazon, ran a Sequoia-backed startup for 9 years). That means real autonomy, real expectations, and no layers of nonsense between you and the work.

Responsibilities:
- Live inside our analytics dashboards — track what's working, flag what's not, and figure out why
- Build financial models, unit economics breakdowns, and strategy docs that actually drive decisions
- Monitor acquisition funnels, retention cohorts, and engagement metrics across the platform




- Research recent markets, channels, and distribution opportunities — come back with a plan, not a report
- Evaluate tools, platforms, and partnerships that can move growth levers at our scale
- Work across teams to design and ship GTM experiments end-to-end
- Whatever else matters this week — at a small team, the job description is a suggestion

What you should bring:
- 1-3 years in strategy, growth, consulting, or an early-stage startup where you wore multiple hats
- You're fluent in Excel, analytics tools, and marketing dashboards — data is how you think
- Sharp pattern recognition — you spot signals in messy data and turn them into action
- Strong written communication — your memos and docs move decisions forward
- Bias for speed over perfection
