JIIT invites applications from eminent, energetic and committed to man, establish and lead the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE).

Key Responsibilities
- Own the annual admission target for CDOE and build the execution plan across marketing, admissions, and academic delivery
- Represent CDOE in UGC-DEB inspections, regulatory submissions, and accreditation processes personally, not by delegation
- Oversee end-to-end performance marketing: Meta (social/lead gen), Google Ads, SEO, WhatsApp campaigns, and email with hands-on understanding
- Hold agencies accountable to CPL, conversion rate, and cost-per-enrolment benchmarks through Merritto not just activity reports
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners with signed agreements, compliance protocols, and performance SLAs
- Ensure LMS infrastructure, e-content quality, and examination integrity meet both UGC standards and learner expectations
- Ensure all programmes, fee structures, and marketing materials are compliant with AICTE / UGC OL Regulations and subsequent amendments




- Own the institutional response to any regulatory query or inspection, including coordination with the Registrar function.
- Represent CDOE at national conferences and media platforms as a thought leader and evangelist, drive innovation in programme design and learner experience, raising the bar beyond compliance minimums

- You have never worked in an online / distance education institution in a leadership or operations role
- You have no working knowledge of UGC-DEB / AICTE OL regulatory frameworks
- You have not managed or overseen digital marketing campaigns (performance, SEO, social, or paid media)
- You have never worked with channel partners, DSAs, or third-party enrolment networks
- You believe managing an online programme is the same as managing a traditional classroom programme
- If you are purely an academician with no history of building industry partnerships or external networks
