nRoles and responsibilities:
nSales Strategy and Planning:
nDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both commodity and value-added products (VAP) to achieve revenue targets.
nAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
nSet explicit, measurable sales goals and objectives for the sales team.
nNetwork Expansion:
nSupport business growth by expanding the network of dealers, distributors, and projects.
nIdentify potential partners and negotiate agreements to enhance distribution channels.
nPromotional Activities:




nPlan and execute promotional meets and sales sampling activities.
nUtilize the various platforms to enhance sales processes and customer engagement.
nOther Points -
nEnsure no outstanding dues in the market by implementing effective credit control measures.
nMonitor customer accounts and take proactive steps to manage receivables.
nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
nCollaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotions
