Description

- The Deputy Manager: Connected Car Services (TCU) will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge connected car solutions, ensuring the integration of telematics systems to enhance customer experience and vehicle performance.
- Lead the development and integration of connected car services, including telematics, remote diagnostics, and in-car connectivity features. Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs, technological advancements, and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and innovative solutions, while providing technical leadership to drive high-quality and reliable connected car services.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of connected car services and TCU (Telematics Control Unit) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance existing services and identify new opportunities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets,



and resources effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in connected car technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in connected car services, telematics, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of TCU architecture and connected vehicle technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud services and IoT platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
