We are hiring for Assistant Manager - Financial Accounting at Mumbai location.

Must have:

- CA with (max 4-5 attempts) with 4-6 years of experience

Soft Skills-

- Excellent Communication Skills required.
- Team management exp required.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Business Partnering with Sales and Operational leads in the Business. This will involve

significant daily interaction with colleagues to provide accurate forecasting as well as

understanding the key financial implications of the actions of the business.

- Produce accurate forecasts of costs and perks.
- Revenue assurance and associated query resolution.
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting exercise, periodic review of performance against

targets and ensure that the key drivers of variances are explained.





- Support the business with necessary management and financial information as part of

their growth plans.

- Detailed analysis of resource utilisation, FTE mix, rate card, overheads and other cost

ledgers.

- Produce accurate and timely monthly reporting, ensure accurate representation of the

P&L;, manage month end closure, reconciliations of Working capital (WIP, DI, Accruals

and Prepayments), and maintain cash flow reconciliations.

- Deliver monthly and ad-hoc reporting as per deadlines / requirements.
