Must Have

- Windows Server, VMWare with HP & Dell Servers, DC operations - 60%
- Active Directory, SCCM - 40%
- ITIL framework

Positive To Have

- Experience/knowledge on Citrix, Entra ID
- Automation (PowerShell / Ansible / Terraform) Azure

Roles And Responsibiities

- Hands-on experience working with VMware ESX, VCenter and Windows Server Operating systems
- Proven experience administering & troubleshooting Windows OS, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS, patch management using SCCM, capacity and performance management
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, Forest & domain management in multi-forest / multi-domain environments, AD sites & replication management, group policies, troubleshooting issues and AD upgrades




- Hardware life cycle management activities with HP & Dell servers including remote troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, BIOS upgrades, driver packages, coordinating with vendors for hardware issues/ replacements etc., Blade Enclosure & blade server management (configuring, troubleshooting issues & firmware / BIOS upgrades)
- Support / Management tools: Comm Vault, SCCM for application deployment & patch management, WSUS for patch management
- Performing Snapshots, Cloning, Cold Migrations and Hot Migrations, patch management activities

Skills: Dns, Dhcp, Sccm

Experience: 4.00-12.00 Years
