Job description

Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing comprehensive PAM governance strategies
- Defining and implementing policies for managing privileged access
- Providing technical leadership to PAM team for implementation and maintenance of solutions
- Identifying risks related to privileged access and developing mitigation strategies
- Conducting regular risk assessments of processes and controls
- Ensuring PAM practices comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Developing training programs to educate employees on PAM principles
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives for PAM governance processes
- Serving as a subject matter expert on PAM governance matters
- Defining KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of PAM governance efforts
- Preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management about PAM governance activities.
