Job description:
Role: Oracle HCM Cloud technical
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Technical
- Hands on experience on BI Reports, OTBI Reports, Extracts and Fast Formulas
- Should have technical experience on Core HR, Advantages and OTL
- Willing to work in a team
- Experience in gathering requirments, build, documentation and testing
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Technical objects like Data Conversions, BI Reports and Extracts
- Strong Knowledge on Fast Formulas
- Ability to analyse functional requirements and translate them into technical reports/extracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
