• Responsible for targets allocated to Branches

• Managing Team of 7-10 FOS and motivate them to achieving the business targets.

• Interacting with the circle head and maintaining cordial relationship for facilitating business

• Providing necessary support to BANCA RETAIL PARTNER employees for insurance sales and addressing any queries

• Team Handling across Geographies

• Managing FLS Productivity

• Initiatives at FGM/Circle level to Drive penetration & productivity in branches

• Training, driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications

• Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets

• Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the recent products launched in the market

• Build relationship with the business partners and manage concerned stakeholders
