Responsibilities of In office L1 Engineer:
- Handle AV related issues in MPH and providing basic support for the events and meetings.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, vendors, or OEMs.
- Educating or clarifying users quires.
- Monitor and verify the device's health status in the town hall setup.
- Assist project head in maintaining equipment inventory list for the product in the MPH setup.
- Configuration Backup of devices if required.
- Escalate issues to the respective OEM or respective vendor as and when required.
- Coordinate with OEM/Vendor for the replacement of equipment in case of hardware failure.
