This role is ideal for freshers or junior professionals — particularly MBA graduates — looking to build a career in international business development and staffing. You will drive lead generation,
candidate sourcing, and client engagement for our US-facing operations.
Shift Timings :- US Night Shift — 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through online research
- Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media
- Maintain lead data and daily reports
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups
- Achieve lead generation targets and maintain professional communication
Eligibility Criteria
