Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Deployment

- Configure FortiGate SD-WAN devices as per approved design.
- Provision branch sites using FortiManager templates.
- Configure BGP, OSPF, Static Routes, VPN and SD-WAN Policies.
- Perform device onboarding, ZTP and site commissioning.

Migration Activities

- Execute migration activities during cutover windows.
- Validate connectivity and routing after migration.
- Support WAN circuit migrations and policy migration tasks.
- Perform rollback activities when required.

Post Build Support

- Monitor SD-WAN tunnels, routing and application performance.
- Troubleshoot incidents related to WAN, VPN and routing.
- Resolve L2 escalations within SLA.
- Coordinate with ISPs, NOC,



TAC and customer teams.
- Perform configuration backups and change implementations.

Operations & Monitoring

- Monitor FortiGate health, CPU, memory, interfaces and tunnels.
- Analyze performance reports and alerts.
- Conduct periodic preventive maintenance checks.
- Maintain technical documentation and update configurations.
