We are looking for experienced Senior Go Backend Developers to join the engineering team. We are looking for
strong, hands-on backend engineers with solid experience in building scalable applications and services using Go
(Golang).
The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership of their work, solving complex technical problems, making
sound technical decisions, and collaborating effectively with team members.
One of the three positions will have a Lead-level responsibility, working closely with the Team Lead based in the United
States. Therefore, strong communication skills, technical ownership, and the ability to work independently are especially
important.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Go (Golang).
- Build and maintain robust REST APIs and backend services.
- Work with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Implement and optimize Redis and caching mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain services within a microservices architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-tested code.
- Participate in backend architecture, system design, and technical discussions.
- Debug and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product, and other engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Use Git, Docker, and Jira as part of the development workflow.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot,



or similar tools to improve productivity and development efficiency.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and backend services from development through delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in Go (Golang) backend development.
- Strong experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Redis, caching, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Git and Docker.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, scalability, and software engineering best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Good to Have

- Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
- Node.js
- TypeScript
- NestJS
- Messaging systems and queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- gRPC
- Event-driven or distributed systems
- Experience working with international or globally distributed teams
