Backed by top-tier investors and led by proven entrepreneurs, our Founders Office team drives strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and high-impact execution across the company. You’ll work elbow-to-elbow with founders and executives to shape priorities, accelerate growth, and solve hard problems at the intersection of product, people, and strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

- Partner directly with founders and C-suite to define, prioritize, and execute high-impact strategic projects across functions.
- Build and maintain operating rhythms—OKRs, weekly exec syncs, board decks, and performance dashboards—to ensure alignment and execution velocity.
- Conduct deep-dive research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform critical business decisions and investment priorities.
- Own cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery—working with Product,



Marketing, Ops, and Finance to unblock bottlenecks and drive timelines.
- Distill complex concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive communications for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Act as a trusted operator and “force multiplier” — anticipating needs, managing ambiguity, and proactively solving problems before they escalate.
