Role Overview

We are looking for an Android Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience building reliable, high-quality Android applications. You will work closely with product, design, backend, and engineering teams to develop and improve user-facing mobile experiences

.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, maintain, and enhance Android applications.
- Build clean, reusable, and maintainable code using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Integrate REST APIs and work with backend services.
- Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into responsive mobile experiences.
- Identify and resolve performance issues, crashes, and bugs.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, release cycles, and technical discussions.
- Work with Git-based development workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated with Android platform changes and mobile development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-2 years of professional Android development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin; working knowledge of Java is preferred.
- Good understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, Activities, Fragments, and application lifecycle.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party library integration.
- Understanding of MVVM/MVC or similar mobile architecture patterns.




- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Positive to Have

- Experience with Jetpack components, Coroutines, Room, Retrofit, or dependency injection.
- Knowledge of app performance optimization and Play Store release processes.
- Experience working in a product-focused or fast-paced environment.
