About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and targetdriven Education Counsellor to guide prospective students and manage the endtoend admissions process for professional programs The role requires robust communication skills a sales mindset and the ability to convert leads into enrolments Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students via calls WhatsApp and email regarding available courses Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Manage the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrollment Consistently achieve monthly admission targets Follow up with leads and maintain high conversion ratios Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM knowledge of Zoho CRM is an added advantage Coordinate with marketing and support teams for effective lead nurturing Requirements Gender Male candidate preferred Experience 02 years in education counselling sales or tele calling Strong communication and convincing skills Targetoriented mindset with a passion for sales Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
