Manager Delivery Retail Automation Operations Location Kanjurmarg Mumbai CTC 6 LPA Fixed Performance Bonus Immediate joiner preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experiencedManager Deliveryto lead Retail Automation projects and CAMC operations across Oil Gas clients such asIOCL BPCL HPCL Nayara and Jiobp The role involves endtoend project execution field service management customer coordination spares planning billing support and operational excellence Key Responsibilities Manage Retail Automation installations commissioning and CAMC operations Lead and coordinate field engineers to ensure SLA adherence Plan material dispatch inventory and spares availability Coordinate with customers for project execution invoicing and payment followup Monitor project progress and prepare MIS reports Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely project completion Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Requirements 5 8 years of experience in Retail Fuel Automation Experience handling projects for IOCL BPCL HPCL Nayara or Jiobp Knowledge of FCC ATG POS BOS DU networking and retail automation systems Solid leadership customer management and project coordination skills
