Job Description Operations Coordinator Job Title Operations Coordinator Department Operations Location Noida Job Type FullTime Job Summary The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for planning coordinating monitoring and reporting investigation cases The role involves case mapping team coordination desktop research quality control report preparation training and performance support Key Responsibilities 1 Planning Preparation Conduct desktop database research to collect caserelated information Prepare case mapping and understand resource requirements Develop a Plan of Action POA in coordination with the Case TL 2 Investigation Coordination Allocate tasks to team members and monitor case progress Conduct regular desktop research as cases progress Coordinate with TLs to ensure timely completion of assignments Ensure investigation activities follow the Investigation SOP 3 Reporting Quality Control Review the quality and completeness of inputs submitted by TLs Assist in drafting investigation reports Ensure final reports are submitted to clients within the stipulated timeline Maintain proper case records and updates 4 Training Development Identify training requirements in coordination with TLs Finalise training topics and prepare training modules Organise training sessions for the ground field team Maintain training records and reports 5 Performance Appraisal Support the annual appraisal process for the Operations Team Coordinate performance feedback with TLs Identify skill gaps and recommend development areas Required Skills Strong coordination communication and followup skills Positive desktop research and analytical abilities Good report writing and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Qualification Experience Graduate in any relevant discipline 13 years of experience in operations investigation support research field operations or case management Freshers with strong analytical and coordination skills may also be considered
