Job Title Business Development Officer CASA Department Liabilities Retail Banking Location Specify Branch Region Reports To Branch Manager Sales Manager Job Purpose To drive customer acquisition for Current Account and Savings Account CASA and crosssell bank products while maintaining high service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Acquire new customers for CASA through field visits cold calling referrals and leads provided by the bank Generate leads and build a pipeline for sustainable business growth in the catchment area Conduct activities camps promotions doortodoor visits to promote the banks products Crosssell other retail products such as Fixed Deposits Recurring Deposits Insurance and Loans Maintain regular followup with customers and provide aftersales service Ensure adherence to KYC AML and other regulatory guidelines while onboarding customers Work closely with the branch team to ensure a seamless customer experience Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank Key Skills Required Solid communication and interpersonal skills Valuable understanding of banking products especially CASA Local market knowledge and networking skills Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets Basic computer proficiency Qualifications Experience Graduate in any discipline preferably commerce or finance 02 years of experience in sales preferably in banking NBFC or financial services Freshers with good communication skills and interest in field sales may also apply Employment Type Fulltime Compensation As per industry standards performancebased incentives
