We are seeking a processdriven technically literate Technical Product Operations Coordinator with 4 years of experience to own the execution lifecycle of our product portfolio You will act as the vital bridge between our colocated Engineering hub our offsite Delivery office and the Product Manager Your primary mission is to run tight Jira workflows manage crosslocation dependencies and shield the PM from daily operational friction so they can focus on longterm strategy Key Responsibilities Jira Process Ownership Maintain flawless Jira hygiene Optimize workflows map epics track sprint velocity and ensure crosslocation dependencies are explicitly linked and monitored Technical Translation Gatekeeping Partner with our colocated engineering team to triage daily technical queries Translate complex technical constraints into explicit documentation and ensure developers have 100 complete assets before sprint kickoff CrossSite Delivery Control Serve as the primary anchor to our separate Delivery office Package release notes manage deployment timelines and proactively flag delivery risks Sprint Facilitation Own the logistics backlog refinement ticket readiness and actionitem tracking for all agile ceremonies Qualifications 4 years of experience in product operations technical project management or scrum mastering within an Agile software environment Advanced handson mastery of Jira complex filters dependency mapping reporting High technical literacyability to comfortably discuss APIs databases and deployment pipelines with engineers without needing to code Proven track record managing crosssite distributed or hybrid team communication Location Nagpur
