Overview:
nAs a Visual Arts Teacher , you will be responsible for fostering a creative and engaging learning environment for students of the IB curriculum. You will develop and deliver a visual arts curriculum that supports the philosophy and promotes the holistic development of students.
n Key Responsibilities:
n Curriculum Development and Implementation:

- Design and implement a comprehensive visual arts curriculum aligned with the IB framework.n
- Develop lesson plans that incorporate inquiry-based learning, focusing on conceptual understanding and student agency.n
- Integrate visual arts with other subjects through interdisciplinary units of inquiry.n

n Instruction and Facilitation:

- Provide engaging and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.n
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and tools to facilitate artistic expression and creativity.n
- Encourage students to explore different mediums and techniques in visual arts.n

n Assessment and Reporting:

- Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.n
- Maintain accurate records of student achievements and prepare reports in line with IB requirements.n
- Conduct student-led conferences and contribute to the development of student portfolios.n
