Role Description

Keeps a programme handling regulated healthcare content inside its information security and compliance obligations, day-to-day rather than at audit time.
What you will own
• Operate ISO 27001 controls across all programme content and access, including need-to-know access scoping.
• Administer non-disclosure agreements across a large distributed linguist population, and maintain the evidence trail.
• Own the incident response clock — client notification within 72 hours of any data security incident.
• Maintain electronic records and audit trail practices consistent with 21 CFR Part 11 expectations.
• Run HIPAA awareness, information security and code of conduct training for everyone touching programme content.
• Manage the identity framework for linguists working on client-owned systems, balancing client assurance against protecting
