About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and student-focused Home Conduction & IPP Professional who can conduct personalized home sessions with prospective students and their parents.
The role combines student counselling, field visits, relationship management, sales, and Initial Program Planning (IPP). You will meet students at their homes, understand their academic and career goals, explain relevant programs and services, and create a personalized pathway that helps them move confidently toward their international education goals.




This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, counselling, field work, and target-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct Student Home Visits
Conduct scheduled home visits with prospective students and their families.
Meet students and parents in a professional and respectful manner.
Understand the student's academic background, career aspirations, financial considerations, preferences, and challenges.
Build trust and establish strong relationships with students and parents.
Maintain a professional representation of Kanan.co during every home interaction.

2. Student Counselling & Guidance
Provide personalized counselling based on each student's profile and objectives.
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate study-abroad pathways.
Address questions and concerns raised by students and parents.
Explain the overall international education journey clearly and confidently.
