Position: USA Voice Process Executive
Department: Customer Support / Sales
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
Shift: US Night Shift (07:00 PM - 04:00 AM)

Job Summary
We are looking for confident and energetic candidates to join our USA Voice Process team. The candidate will communicate with US customers over the phone, understand their requirements, provide accurate information, and deliver a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls with US customers.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout calls.
Follow company scripts, processes, and quality standards.
Meet daily performance and productivity targets.
Maintain accurate call and customer records.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Candidate Requirements
Good spoken English and listening skills.
Ability to understand US English/accent and customer communication.




Clear pronunciation and confident communication.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in a US night-shift schedule.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good typing and email communication skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with prior BPO, voice process, customer support, telecalling, or US process experience will be preferred.
