Role OverviewnWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Director – Sports & Discipline to strengthen the school's sports, physical fitness, discipline, and student-development ecosystem.
nThe role will be responsible for developing a strong culture of fitness, discipline, leadership, teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship among students and cadets.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Assist school leadership in developing and implementing the overall sports, physical fitness, and discipline framework.n
- Plan and manage annual sports calendars, training schedules, fitness programs, competitions, and physical development activities.n




- Identify and nurture sporting talent and support students preparing for district, state, and national-level competitions.n
- Supervise coaches, PE faculty, sports staff, and related support teams.n
- Monitor student discipline across sports, residential, academic, and extracurricular activities.n
- Develop and implement structured physical training and fitness routines for students.n
- Promote a strong culture of punctuality, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and responsibility.n
- Organize inter-house, inter-school, and major sports and fitness events.n
- Monitor student performance, discipline, fitness levels, and overall development.n
- Ensure proper maintenance and secure use of sports facilities, equipment, and training areas.n
- Maintain sports, fitness, discipline, and student-performance records.n
