Its customer and industry exposure includes organisations such as Maruti Suzuki, JCB and other leading OEMs and Tier-1 companies. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior NPD Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in the automotive sheet-metal manufacturing industry . The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete New Product Development cycle , from customer requirement and feasibility through tool development, prototype, trials, PPAP,



and successful production launch . The role requires solid coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered within quality, cost, and timeline requirements . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) activities from customer drawing/requirement to production. Review customer drawings, specifications, GD&T;, technical requirements, and feasibility . Coordinate APQP, PPAP, prototype development, trials, validation, and product launch . Prepare/review Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, work instructions, and other NPD documentation . Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, Purchase, Maintenance, and Customer teams . Manage tool development, tool trials, prototype development, and process validation . Identify design and manufacturing feasibility issues and ensure timely resolution. Monitor NPD project schedules and ensure on-time completion of development
