Job Role: Store Manager

Job Description

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor and control store inventory and stock levels.
- Manage stock receiving, storage, and movement.
- Implement effective loss prevention and control measures.
- Supervise and manage store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to store procedures.
- Ensure the store maintains proper cleanliness, organization, and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Monitor billing and cashier operations when required.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth store operations.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and operational performance.
- Prepare and maintain required store reports and records.

- Identify and prevent stock loss, damage, and operational discrepancies.
- Coordinate stock audits and inventory verification.

Team Management

- Supervise store employees and assign daily duties.
- Monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Train and guide team members on store procedures and customer service.
- Ensure proper staffing and shift management.
