- Gemini – AI Trust & Compliance Engineer (1 position)
- Gemini – AI Engineer, RAG Agents (3 positions — staff augmentation / contract)

The Platform Environment

Shared context for every role below — the platform these positions build, govern, and operate:

- Gemini Enterprise — the employee-facing surface: managed chat, enterprise search, agent gallery, and app-scoped experiences serving all of CSG's business functions.
- Agent Platform — the build, govern, and operate layer: ADK and agent runtime, agent and tool registry, agent identity, agent security, agent observability.
- Custom front-end applications calling Gemini Enterprise via API, with end-user identity propagation.
- Integration and data layer — enterprise connectors across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, BYO and vendor-managed MCP servers, and federated retrieval across function-scoped data stores.
- AssureAI — the assurance engine wired into the registry and CI/CD: Pillar 3 (Trustworthiness) evaluators for explainability, bias/red-team, and regulation coverage today, with the other three pillars available as the platform's scope grows.

All five roles report into the pod led by the GCP AI Architect and are accountable, in different ways, for the architecture checklist mapped to AssureAI's Trustworthiness metrics.
